I got drained through them although the spell didn't get tough me. Bug?

Here is one example:

 anti-christ spits a stream of corrosive acid at you.
A stone pendant on a short chain is pitted and etched.
An anti-christ's spell is cast upon empty air.
Your divine power mauls an anti-christ.
An anti-christ attacks you with his divine power, but you aren't there.
An anti-christ's divine power decimates you.
An anti-christ has some small wounds.
