It seems that when he got disarmed the axe went into his inventory and not on the ground. Btw, he can wield weapons even when dirted/blinded...

And one more question: is it supposed for people to be able to ride mounts in the room where outers are?

The weapon is cursed, it would not of fallen to the ground.

It is not possible to mount at the Outerguards for Solamnia or Takhisis for sure.
Almost positive you can at Heretics, its an outdoor camp vs a gated entrance to a keep.

Can also mount at the cobar outter, and the Cobar inner it seems. Makes sense though. Also warder outter I believe.

- does not make so much sense at cobar...cobar dont need wide entrance to ride. unless you just mean environmentally.

Outer guards are supposed to wear weapons, when they see them. Fixed.
