Spells 'march of the dead' and 'shaowfire' doesn't act dracolich.
And It seems 'convocation' spell doesn't work. Here I can be mistaken. I tried to summon my undead minions, many times and nothing happened.

You failed to summon them from a cursed area. The spell may be prevented by a teleport blocking effect.
