Veterans Park
  The park is green, refreshing and quiet. This is a perfect place to
get away from the busy and noisy marketplace and come here to relax. You
look around and see playful chipmunks scurrying about. You can hear birds
singing. You could stay here and relax for a long time.

A tall ranger is standing here, guarding the guild.

There is no cover here.


And not only there. Noticed same thing near Takhisis keep. With terrain set to on the rooms are highlighted as forests, but the skill does not work.

1) this room is not highlighted like forests
2) this room is not a forested room (directing this to builders *grin*)
3) rooms highlighted like the aforesaid one could be of several types, camouflage would work in some and fail in others
