Now your behavior suits trash cleaver rather than Knight of Dark Army, I mean starting a fight just in Palanthas. As far as I concerned, Solamnia and Takhisis should stay away from breaking the laws...

why would a Takhi obey laws of Solamnia? Palanthas is, after all, the capital of Solamnia. They should obey laws in Nethosak & Neraka...

Solamnia has nothing common with laws as long as Guardians are not part of Solamnia. If Takhisis Knights  are keeping book of laws atm - they are enforcing the Law of the Queen in protected cities. If elimination of every lightwalker is part of this Law - everything is alright. But I remember that starting fight in protected cities by Solamnia or Takhisis knights was not tolerated by Imms. If it has been changed - I'd like to have this information  Smiley

as i remember all good lawful characters should not attack in PA. and no matter are they Solamnic or clanless.. but it was long time ago..  Wink

So? Lawful Evils and Lawful Goods are different? What about Lawful Neutrals?
Seems situation with Ethos became not very transparent. New age, new rules.
