   Bloodline of fire, ice, air, earth, divine or negative, granting
   additional resistance against this type attack. This feat adds up to 15, 20
   and 30 resistances on each circle.

2nd Circle: Bloodline (negative) (+13%)100%
why only +13? should be 20.

also, how about add bloodline acid and energy

Done. It was "up to" (with diminishing returns) but removed it, honest additive now.
