2nd Circle: Necrophysiology 0%
3rd Circle: Arcane Defense (+0 saves) 0%

Do feats work in form?

saves should work, necrophis no by default, 2nd feat is wasted in this case, consider combat casting
howver i dont see why necrophis should be disabled in this case
