When i fight outer guard of heretics and i flee, treant is fleeing too. I was expecting treant to flee east where i am, but when i looked west, i saw that he fled behind heretics outer guard. Shouldn't barbarian block passage to the west for pets too? Or perhpas it is not a bug at all, maybe it is just intended to be a trap for pet if you flee?

Yes, without this feature necromancers, rangers etc will be able to reraid too easily.
