Not sure if it's bug or not but still...
I had permanent harden skin. After fight with heretic it was broken, but spell permanency still stays.
...Permanency spell is active permanently...
So it's useless now. It's wierd to die only for remove this spell.
2 variants: forbid to break permanent spells or let them be broken both with permanency.

Fixed.

If any of permanent spells affecting victim are stripped this way, permanency as well wears off.
