Detect hidden

I am mage, and don't supposed to see hidden.. But:

A hallway in the castle
The hallway is glittering with adamantite and various paintings from
around the world. Torches line the walls making your shadow seem to
have a life of it's own. There is a door to the west.

[Exits: north south]
(Hide) Solentra the male elf is here, fighting an obsidian guard.
Ilthander the male wild elf is here, fighting an obsidian guard.
(White Aura) Barou the male dwarf is here, fighting an obsidian guard.
An obsidian guard is here, fighting Barou.

Well, the person is fighting and can't be hidden. That is why, when a person tries to hide in fight he remains seen. Or you would see the same, when a person is already fighting, but did not recieve the "you step out of the shadows" message yet.

i think - need to fix hide in this case.

allow to hide in battle - so you stay HIDEN untill you strike next round.
or dont allow hide in battle...
