bone ring

Yesterday when i put on two bone rings their armour bonus stacked (normal) but their bonuses to hit and dmg didnt.

Let me clarify. I put on first ring - mine AC and dam and hit go up. I put on the second mine AC goes up but NOT dam and hit.

This is a bug ... right?
