elven gut belts, and mithral staff

about the elven skin sleeves ad belt made from elven entrails, at ogres, i think they should be non-good and unalign changable. only way another elf should use them is becoming a traitor and bloodthirsty. (this because ive seen a elf using it and was horrified). Or make them Non-elf (if it is possible).

Also, the staff of mythran wood (i think thats the name), of the elven ambassidor at the courts is  a exotic weapon... shouldent it just be a staff?

Maybe elfs are wise enough to not lose bodies of dead friends, what do you think? Even we take organs of dead brothers to replace ours.

Crap, elves allways respect dead. They cant even think about desecration of corpses.
They have children too rarely, so they value life greatly.
