Since spellbane drains all mana when attempting to cleanse oneself of negative affects, maybe allow heretics to regen mana faster by purify skill?... It should restore mana when purifying items...

I had a heretic kinda recently, and I really didn't like the recent things done to tone them down, this is one of them. Used to be that you could use spellbane a few times (several actually) and maybe be rid of your maladictions, but now it's extremely difficult to be rid of these things if your "out in the field". Something has to be done to address it, <shrug>. I don't know if this is the answer or not, but we'll see.
