   and can be referred to as 'morningstar iron black'.

Morningstars are maces so perhaps here's a small mistake.

Next, he holds axe:

.. this object, the great axe named "Suffering", is an axe,
   and can be referred to as 'axe gread suffering'.


`Great`, perhaps?

Technically, morningstar is a spiked metallic ball. It can be attached directly to the handle, making it a mace, or it can be attached to the handle through a length of chain, making it a flail (some versions even omit the handle, attaching chain right to the hand, using a hand-loop).
It says: "three-headed iron morningstar" there are no three-headed maces, but there are three-headed flails (particulary of Indian origin, but they don't use spikes so much, it's more european habit)
