It never ignored resistance, only sanctuary. Seeing what that 'captain' was dressed like would help. Maybe lots of resists from eq on top of resist fire and lighting prayers *shrug*. Anyway, no overpower i think, priest in warders under nature grace does just as good against such spells.

PS: And it was flame aura, that did hits, and it is much weaker, then blasts of firechain. Lighting seemed to hit Zakh just fine, though to fire he was resistant. And i did not see the priest actually get hit by a firechain, but maybe i missed it.

just tryed to hit with sheet. next time i'm checkin fireball and firechain comparing
in this sequence i succeded only 2. tryed to flee at 800 hp and got swinged + 2 non physical weapons = that i had.

and i'm greedy about sanc only 2 orbs. thought - i could fight without ... seems no

lower resist = 2 rounds lag i use it in fight one-on-one.
