critical strike feat

Maybe someone knows how often does it multiply damage ?  I mean average per attack, every 5 attack, 10 or 100? And also does it affect specc attacks, does it affect automatic attacks like act of cruelty ?

It affects most of special strikes with weapon, kicks, some other skills. It doesn't affect, for example, cleaves, acts of cruelty, most of assassins' special moves (these are already critical), and it doesn't affect skills that aren't connected with striking a victim with weapon/part of your body (crush, ground control...)
