As far as I remember, you can see some potions in your inv when blinded such as potion of return, some other porions, not sure if everything.

You can see all potions, it's so for about 2 years.

I understand, just when I used to play before it was a axiom that blind person without a recall/teleport is in trouble if he dont know area perfectly of course, so I was amazed to understand that situation changed.
