You give a silver token to a small elven girl.
A small elven girl says, 'You have the favor of my mother, I hope you can help us!'
A small elven girl smiles at you.
A small elven girl says, 'Let me show you the way.'
A small elven girl waves with her hand and small dwarf running in.
A small dwarf opens the doors at the well and pull you in.


And maybe, 'waves her hand' and 'a small dwarf'.

All of the grammer/spelling mistakes fixed next area changes.
