You can wear it at wield.
It is made of iron.
Extra flags evil anti-good.
Weight is 4, value is 13000, level is 20.
Weapon type is sword.
Damage is 6d6 (average 21).
Weapon flags : poison
Damage noun is slap.
   modifies damage roll by 7

How can it slap enemies? What type of damage is that?

Maybe it's a sword used to start a duel. You slap them across the face with it then pull out your real sword when you're ready stab them.
