For me it is clear that there was a "slight break" of the rules here... since you attacked a player twice in a row, which is stricly forbidden in the MUD as long as I know.

Actually there is nothing about spam killing in the rules themselves. It is in some other help file about roleplay or such. And if i am not deeply mistaken it mentions killing more then twice in a short period of time. And even more, then twice is not breaking the rules if there is a reason for it and the reason does not have to be all that big. Here the reason could be simple refusal to comply to the attacker's demands. I talk about all this from experience, because before i was totally sure, that spam-killing is a harsh violation of rules, but i myself was killed 4 times in a row (naked after the first time) for not 'submiting to the dark side'  , and reporting to an imm did not help. Not trying to advocate anyones position here (my personal opinion is that nothing terrible happened here though), just to clear things up.

I got sent to RoD for killing Mooni, and then killing him again after he casted on me while I was fighting another. I think the rules are pretty strict about not killing the same person more than once in a short period (or different Gods have different opinions on the subject ).
