Experiencing difficulties to connect, slowing, disconnectings... Is it only me?

Server is ok. As traceroute reports, something wrong has happened with one of routers.
So troubles have those, who do not play from Russia. No idea when it will be repared.
But such problems are repaired quickly enough.
