Maybe it is not bug, but it looks strange, quiet movement didnt improved yet and i am rank 10. Maybe it is because of race (elf). With human it was improving very fast.

Elves sneak, so quiet movement is useless skill for them.

Perhaps make these racial skills show as 100% in the proper races?

Sneak
Quiet movement
infravision
...and whichever others

This would make them more like enhanced damage with minotaurs, channel negative with dark elves, etc.

That sounds VERY logical.
But I already hear screams from elf-owners, who will have to use sneak explicitly and are going to lose 'sneaky flee' feature.  Grin

On this note awhile back i noticed dwarven infravision wasn't working. But i am not an authority on that race, so i'm unsure if its been changed etc.
