Valeria, just to update you from my quick exit - no, I didn't burn the house down, but I set the smoke detectors off, and I couldn't find where they were in the house to shut them down!!!! Lots of smoke though. LoL maybe I shouldn't look after their house again?

Anyways, finding it difficult to catch up with anyone, so this is general LATERS PPL thing, until my return. Preggie daughter-in-law almost lost baby, and now has to finish work for unborns health, as well as her own this pregnancy. (Means I will get to see grandchildren LOTS MORE now - YES!!!!! WOO HOOO. Picnics in the park, outings with them - YES!!! oh, my aching bones! My age just found me. lol )

Leaving probably tomorrow for a week (at this stage) as youngest sons daughter, my little Kaydence, had a seizure last night. She was stung by a wasp half hour previously, so we are praying that it was only a reaction. The doctors are unsure, but she is seeing a specialist to have tests to see if she has developed epilepsy. I spoke with my little girl and she asked me in her 2yo jibberish if I am coming her place? And when she said - I wuv you gwandma - I mean, HOW can I resist? Then she asked - where gwandad. So she chatted to him in her rambling talk. Hearts just melt so we are possibly heading south for the week.

On our return home, my sister will be here for awhile (maybe living with me for sometime - aaaaaaah ) lol we were ALWAYS in trouble together growing up  Wink  Of course, I was the angel.  Grin

Then, hubby and I are going house sitting again for his brother again, but we will also be caring for his parents who live there also.

And what does all of this mean? AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH means I have a busy month ahead of me, and possibly very little time to venture into solace.  *sigh* there goes ALL my shinies!!!!!! I'll spend the next month regaining them lol oh well. Tis only a game.  Wink Just means Lonnie wont be eyeing anyone  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin And means that Lyeine wont get me - yet - and again LOL ah well, "she" was very - nice - after killing me - no fight at all on my part.  Grin three hits, and I was dead. (I just couldn't resists returning to see what was on the ground. I should have just left the realms like I was intending to do, but noooooo, curiousity got the better of me, and look what it got me - WHAM! lol )

Ok. I know I know. Ramblings on again.  Wink  Take care, keep watching your back - never know who will sneak up on you.

*waves happily*

Girl, you always have more things going on all over than anyone I know!  But I am glad to see you have your priorities straight.  Take care of those babies and family, first and foremost!  I have a feeling (hoping) everything will be crazy and then normal (except that in your case I think crazy is the norm, but that's another issue Smiley ) under your watch.  But I will be thinking about you and waiting to see you soon.  Make sure you take care of yourself in all this mayhem too!

Give those babies a big hug and kiss, and watch for necromancers in the park... they can be particularly nasty picnic-crashers... Wink  Eagle me when you get back (*growls*).

Hugs,
Valeria

*eagles Valeria* but really, this is the only place I am back.  Tongue Roll Eyes Cool Have been working afternoons off and on for past month or so, since induction. I now have my official uniform (oh, SO exciting  - NOT! ) and my wonderful toe crunching boots - STEEL CAPS!!!! HOW do people wear them all the time? Stiletto's are more comfortable than those things!

My 88 yo mother and her partner arrive next week, and I start 3 months work, all afternoon work, but I enjoy afternoons as that means I can sleep in a bit longer. (not really an early morning person, unless it is 5am in summer, and I am going to the beach or walking)

I have applied to re-register in my previous profession, but will have to do 3 modules to update, sit Competency Exams, and do 160 hours (FOR FREE) clinical work to re-register, as it has been quiet some time since I actually work in a hospital. So I am going to be flat out for the next 6 months, and throw in the arrival in October of the new grandchild - well, what can I say but FUN FUN FUN!! MORE babies - YES!!

Baby is due in October, and they have just bought a home, but cannot move into it until October, maybe. Consequently, mother to be (daughter-in-law) is stressing! Don't they know pregnant women stress more? Silly silly!

I think winter has greeted us this year, and it is a very rude awakening. Today, the wind is blowing a sharp crisp wind, that just passes through the dozen layers of clothing I seem to have gathered around myself! Even my poor little birdie is feeling the cold.

Hey Valeria!! Guess what!! Another 8 baby quails hatched the other day, but 4 looked to have been squashed as they sheltered between the rocks and stuff for warmth! Silly things didn't bother to go sleep in their hidee hole log! But I still have 4, though I don't know which couple hatched the babies. Both couples are caring for the babies, and the babies just run to whoever when they want warmth and comfort. They are just the cutest little things ever. I held one in my hand the other day, and they are soooo tiny, and soft.

Well, my head is pounding, my throat feels like it has an American fire sweeping through, all my bones and joints seem to be aching ( being knocked down the stairs by our dog didn't help those aches and pains anyway LOL  ) so I am going to grab a few pain killers, and a cuppa. Tried to catch you before but didn't seem to successful.

Be good!!! And keep hugging those trees!!
Cheers mate.

Hi!
Did see your message. Good to hear so many good things happening! Sounds like lots of babies anyway which is a good thing.  Seems like this place will disappear soon. Do you still remember how to reach me outside of the forum?
