Obnoxious IRC whining alien dog

In its description of this feat it says that, among other things, it negates the hr minus when dirted. That is not true. When i fight dirted my hr always drop by 3 points... If it's not a bug, then the description of the feat should be changed.

Helpfiles state correctly:
