Obnoxious IRC whining alien dog

I've noticed it doesn't release the head upon death. I don't know if it has anything to do with the tigerclaw affect but someone should take a look into it...

Never released for me either when i knew takhisis had been on after any others, nor Inquisitor one time when heretics had been on long after takhisis and others. Either they're not doing their duty or there is a bug.
