It was under the who command, correct jemma, This is what you spoke of in a previous post...and nierth, thats what your reaction was to right? The dumb names, my apologies if i'm mistaken, but all them same, correct alex and tell him no more of that.

My reaction... I think you are going wrong way. If we remove everything exept names only with reason "We wanna improve RP", after that you will want to remove commands "score", "skills" "count" and so on...
If somebody wants to roleplay, knowledge of aligment cant prevent somehow. And race for sure.
Lets remove sex, race, (pk)... everything.
First idea was may be good, but after discussion it becomes so strange..
And please, Niano and Flirr, solve your problems somewhere else, not in topic Ideas.

Commands like score are nessecary though. Who good is entirely unneccesary. Its fine to type who and see, Jemma, the female elf. But to type who good, who neutral, and who evil, and learn their alignment totally out of rp, when alignment is completely rp thing, race and name not so much, they are flexible. But those first three really need to leave.

1. What your character looks like. Include the following: hair color,
hair length, eye color, skin tone, facial hair, height, weight, manner,
demeanor, how you carry yourself (proud, vain, arrogant, etc.), body type
(skinny, slender, thin, large, fat, plump, etc.), and so on. Height and weight
do not have to be exact amounts.

2. Your character's race and partial background. If you are a dark-elf,
why were you outcast from elven society? It could be because you wanted
to study necromancy. If you are a half-elf, was your mother raped in a war,
or were your parents married?

3. Some way to tell alignment and ethos. You could say that the spirit
of anarchy burns in your character's heart if he is chaotic, or that
the light of justice shines in his eyes if he is lawful. Goodness
reigns in his soul, or evil burns in his head like a fire.


It is not only me who is telling that description must have hint about alignment, it is rule.
