crimson scourge + blackwind (plague)

Alright guys, I don' t have log to prove it, but I think there is something wrong here.

One time I cast crimson scourge to attack a bear, and it got diseased, then I fled and cast blackwind on him, and it said that he was already diseased on the plague check (but I hadn' t cast plagued him before). Then I tried the other way around, I cast blackwind first, then fled and returned and cast crimson scourge, and he became both plagued and crimsoned.

Perhaps something is wrong here?

Maybe crimson scourge overrides plague because it's stronger (i think), but not the other way round?

I don't remember id Blackwind places crimson scourge or regular plague...

Made them mutually exclusive, or whatever.
