Everytime I try to summon thorn elemenal MUD tells me,

There is not enough earth and grass here to summon a thorn
elemental.

I tried doing this in a mountains, in a forest, in city, in plains and on water, nothing helps.
Help file (help 786) is also very short - it doesn't describe anything.
