Becoming Wanted when you did nothing is actually becoming quite common...
My brother is here beside me and read this topic also, and he tells me his character Gerzelu was attacked by Kbaot in Palanthas (with a history of naked Kbaot always trying to kill him, when they had never met before), and then a noob character (below 10th lvl) testefied that Gerzelu that had attacked first.
He even says that he was beneath captain and wasn´t attacked by him while that Guardians still criminalized him. What is funny is that if a guy really is criminal, he would usually run away... but no, in these two examples, the both victims stayed and tried to argue against this. Still the Guardians do not listen. 
PS: That was a couple of days before by brother stopped entering. Carefull who you kick out of the game through sh*tty playing.
