Now it is my understanding that they are suppose to be the equivalent to each other,
yet is this really the equivalent?

Ceremonial burial' skill is active for 8 hours and 50 minutes,
   modifying health by 11

I dont even usually get that much health, and last 8 minutes. Crucify lasts 30-40mins

I thought it was more rplike, and also usefull to remove the cruxifies. Maybe it gives more if that is done.

You can gain 100hps for 60hours with Ceremonial Burial....
