You utter a prayer to your deity.
A warm wave of magic flows through your hands as you perceive that..
.. this object, a lord's walking stick, is a staff,
and can be referred to as 'lords lord's walking stick staff'.
It is of 38th level, weighs 13 pounds, and is worth 900 gold.
It cannot be used by those of darkened soul.
It deals 7d7 damage (averaging at 28).
Its attacks take the form of wrath.
It is designed to be used with two hands.
When worn, it
   modifies damage roll by 2
   modifies hit roll by 2
modifies resistance to holy by 10
carve lord
A lord's walking stick would not make a good hoopak.

From my point of view it makes excellent hoopak, must be a defect of an area

Bah!

The point is its a staff, how its called doesn't matter Tongue
Since you carve hoopaks out of staffs why there is a problem?

Making new weapon class 'sticks' would be proper if names matter in creation of hoopaks Tongue

yep, stick is shorter... by half. There is also a thick walking stick in south kalaman forest which cannot be carved into hoopak and I see no one proposing it to be carvable... Wink
