bug with control undead

Somebody died and turned into a ghost and i was waiting at his pit. Then, normally, since he is ghost, ie undead, i tried control undead on him and failed Angry

Is it supposed to work that way and why? Roll Eyes

I ask to fix this bug as soon as possible, please. Grin
