Part I: While UG behaved strangely you were just bold, Unreal. Your immense PK skills give you no excuse and (!) did not worth mentioning in this particular talk.
Insisting wasn't good idea too, this makes your advice look indeed like an order.

Part II: Caught and were punished. It's all right from both sides (punishment was moderate, and so was the crime).

Part III: Way too harsh. It's indeed OK to make some skills down to 1% or something like that, maybe an additional slay for an insolence. Deny is just medieval Chemosh-fashion style. I was hoping we've got rid of this.

it depends on number of times being caught in cheating though... if it is first time you caught somebody, the punishment should be light... and if he continues to cheat whenever he can, then there is no other punishment than harsh
