Senseless clan with no idea behind it.
Given the declining number of players, less clans means more action whatever clan is removed, but Cobars are N 1 on that list.

- That is great news, they need to be more fleshed out in turns of classes allowed and relevant powers granted.  

- Well they have never been buffed so lets see what happens with one at least.  And as I recall Cobar has fought many battles with Guardians and Takhisis.  But to be honest Guardians fighting Cobar was just a normal PK, no clan powers had any real relevance.. other then some horse meat shields (both their power sets could use an overhaul).  And Cobar fighting Takhisis was fine other then Takhisis has very little class/race restriction while Cobar has the bane of both with no power support.  Cobar even war'd with Solamnia.

I did say oblige. They need two permanent enemies they cannot have peace with. Then they won't be so dull (no matter what powers they have at any given moment: more members cover lack of power).

Update: to arre: duty to protect horses will just make them a warders' clone. Without making them any less dull.
Also, such an easy duty does not deserve considerable powers. And I'm eager to hear your RP explanation of the fact that "people attack our horses because they want the books they are carrying".

collection of tents and willow-branch huts offer shelter from the driving
winds and lashing rain of the plains. The soil is churned in a mass of hoof
