here is description

Allows fighters, thieves and assassins to deal more attacks to opponents.
   This feat adds to the chance to deal 2nd, 3rd and 4th attack, as well as
   the chance to dodge and parry. Also this feat helps to and against bash,
   trip and lash.

but.... its dosnt working at all ! its even makes my numbers of attack really low.
i have taken that feat as 3th for my fighter and result is i hit only with my main hand.
and SOMETIMES offhand. also even haste dosnt working now . my own (adrenalin rush) from potion and from mage same thing ... there is no difference between
before and after haste affect ... same sh*t 3 - 4 attacks maximum!!!
and i have met season assassin with same problem
he taken blinding fight and now even with hes own haste (blood of summer fire)
he manage to deal only 4 maximum 5 attacks all the time .

Hello derek. As said at description it adds CHANCES to deal. Also if you sure it bugged, show statistics please, not only words. Cause, as i see, here only words but no facts.

what kind of facts needed? log?
told ya... then i was 30 rank it was much better
and right after i taken that feat i just loose like half my attacks.
but its work only with staff... its bugged somehow about offhand

i could told that dirt kick misses any time i use it...
statistics means count... something like table of yours attacks before and after

count number of attacks in lets say 100-200 rounds with and without feat, with same hitroll and damroll, same rank char and same percentage of skill, against same mob, of identical level since same mobs can vary 2-3 levels.... ?
anyway doesnt sound easy
but you have to put some statistics in post, to prove bug
from my experience, i think it is working, but chances are small, maybe 5%
