Do spellcaster feats such as Empower Spell and Spell Penetration apply when you use items like these?

if you get longer duration of spell from wand than from your own same spell then bingo

- he means only way to see would be to know the duration of wands etc buff time.  Then compare to after using with empower etc.  Empower adds power to self buffs but also duration.

Or maybe Combat Casting affects reciting scrolls? Bluesky, can you test that?

I've concluded that the feats don't work with scrolls.

Can we get some info on who sells or has what scrolls? And what they do? Like to not have to spend the little gold on all of them if possible.

Figured as much why does everything always gotta be the hard way? Well as I identify them I will try and make a nice list, then mabey post a few hehe that way I don't forget it when I switch pc's or get another virus that wipes my hard drive completely.

I think it's affect. I brandished staff and got become better in spell penetration.
