Can someone please list me spells which thief can learn these days?

From what I hear sanctuary, displacement, haste & slow are not available for thief's anymore.

- low levels you dont prolly care about...  but off the top of my head fireball, vapour chain, meteor , fork lightning, ignite, basically sick crazy damage spells. 

- but no blink/sanc etc anymore.

- I made this log awhile ago when I was helping with some thief changes.  Tackle was my idea woot!

- Unfortunately with the balancing of thieves... sanc and blink were thought to be the major issues with thieves.  They were removed and thieves stunk, then some more changes came etc.. 

- Clearly some spells were overlooked imo.  As seen in the log... too bad not enuf staff stayed.. in a month or two from that moment thieves were gonna get tweaked I think... and then everyone disappeared.
