1. In every class description recommended feats are always toughess(MOB for elves). MOB was removed, right? Are other feats so poor that they cost less then 100 hp?
2. How you do the combo balance-tough-tough if there is not toughness in 2nd circle? Balance and tough - first circle. You learn toughness gain 24 rank and try to learn toughness but mud writes "You can not learn another 1st circle feat" or something. So you can take only 2nd circle feats.

Just explain me. I do not catch the idea of this system

I think you can only learn toughness first now. no more stacking three and having 2100 hp

I understand now.

So you get Circle One feat and will not be able to get C1 feat unless it also exists in C2 or C3

You learn one feat of each circle. You can't redistribute from one circle to the other. MOB doesn't exist anymore and neither do 2nd and 3rd circle Toughness. All guides that recommended these feat choices have to be rethought.

Is blind fighting, blinding speed and uncanny dodge any good now?

I think that feats that give some visual benefits look much better(like weapon focus or arcane defense). Has anyone taken one of 3 feats above, what is you experience with em?

And what about blinding speed? Is it a waste of feat? Imho uncanny is good only for dexterious races

I'm no expert, but here is my opinion:

Blind-Fight is awesome. The difference it makes in combat when you get blinded is completely mesmerizing. And what's best... people don't expect it all that much.
Uncanny dodge is very good for Dex races. But I felt that I gained very little from it when a minotaur ranger of mine took it.

Of course, all of this is situational. The nice combination Balance, Blind-Fight, Uncanny Dodge is excellent to make a self-suficient dextrous combatant. But if you are clanned and your companions are already good tankers, maybe other alternatives make you more usefull to the clan. Three Weapon Focus is extremely powerful for someone who wants to be an aggressive damage-dealer, for example.

I have no opinion on Blinding Speed... I've heard everyone say it sucks... and I wished it wasn't so. It would be nice to be able to choose between an offensive (Blinding Speed) and a defensive (Uncanny Dodge) approach.

- Ive forced blinding speed on several thieves and assassins ... All I felt I noticed was like i could wield a shield and sorta not lose out of basic attacks per round though i didnt feel like i got extra attacks without shield equipped for some reason. However I didnt notice any of the other supposed features of blinding speed.

- Feats just need an overhaul tbh, they are just outdated and there are really just 2-3 real options for fighter or mage class...with some exotic for specific classes ranger/necro/mage but still like 2-3 viable options for any profession overall.

- Each class needs a pool of 2-3 specific feats that are class specific and only available as third feat imo and that are meaningful to help customize and help push your char down a chosen path.  Offense  or defense or utility etc

Well, I believe that the best feats are the ones, you can see in score screen.

HR/DR weapon focus is a straight clear feat.
Arcane defence and toughness are also clear.

I like the DoE blind fight implementation: sometimes you are blind and sometimes - no.

A "see it to believe it" kind of person, eh? Nothing wrong with that, I suppose.
But I think that, even though the ones that show stats are very nice and powerful, the most game-defining ones are among the ones that don't show difference in stats, because they do something special.
Balance, for example, is mandatory for any outcast. Some would say for any class able to take it.

I like the DoE blind fight implementation: sometimes you are blind and sometimes - no.

"Sometimes you are blind and sometimes - no" is completely insane. You're blind, but sometimes you see? So you can see who is attacking you? You can see exits?
Blind-Fight is nice as it is in Solace. And, even though there are no stats being shown, the effects are very visible. You are blind but you still fight competently.

Solace isn't a religion. "see it to believe it" is ok, and game balance may be an issue sometimes, but the feats do what they say they do.

Well, I can try to explain it better: how many senses do you have in rl and in mud?

One more question: has anyone taken critical hit feat, I was told that it's just a waste of feat point, but I don't understand why is it so: for me it should work like a deathblow for any stance so it should be fine.

Critical Hit was discussed a little bit in this post:

Another question: does toughness affect trained hp?
