Nothing wrong here. I understand both points of view (needing to leave when in clan battle happens to everyone, and getting frustrated when someone else needs to leave in clan battle).
Depending on situation and if relevant to RP, I probably would have asked if his mind would be less busy with otherworldly things in short time. If such were the case, it would be a honorable solution to just wait a little. Although for me this would be like 20 minutes max.
But again, you didn't do anything wrong.
