Would be nice to improve 'lore' skill. Currently it:
- shows info in a non-roleplaying way.
- requires 10+ attempts to get info about one stat
- very slow to improve
I think it will be no harm if it would work just like identify.
Maybe a few hours cooldown or 5 rounds lag after a lore.
