Right now it is a high chance 'x3 deathblow' against undead. Which benefits only fighter-likes.

Would be nice if it instead was a modificator +dmg vs undead and +spell dmg vs undead.
That way it would benefit everyone.

Also would be nice to have a counterpart for evils (Mermaids physiology?)

you can put all kind of maledicts on living that don't affect the undead, so there's no need for mermaid physiology. Also, nothing is stopping dark ones to kill undead. As, for the spells, fireball hurts plenty, no need for special boost.
