This game is all about damage, but  kenders/elves dont do nearly as much damage as a minotaur.

Maybe to somewhat compensate this, dexterous races could deliver precise blows that would act as a mini-deathblow?

ie. for dex > 20 there could be 1-10% chance to deliver some extra damage. (progressive scaling. 21 = 1%, 25 = 10%)

You manage to find a weak spot in %s armor.
dmg = dmg * 1.15

Maybe also chance for minor affects, like -1 stat instead of bonus damage, to make it less bland

don't kender and elves dodge better?
and are better in dex-depended skills.

so it is damage against survivability & ability to blackjack/strangle/eyejab choice?

I think dex fighters are stronger than mino fighters personally

Yep, different races excel at different things, they shouldn't be the same.

Low-str races get diminished returns on damage enhancing stuff. Is this accounted for? focus feat, critical hits, outrage, etc.
They also greately penalised when mounted.
They dont seem to be getting more attacks per round than minotaurs:
attacks per round after ~2k attacks
mino fighter
stance relax: 2.90
full offence: 3.55
full offence with haste: 4.46

Wild elf fighter:
relax stance: 2.99
full offense: 3.58
full offense with haste: 4.54

What elven knights/outcasts excel at? considering they dont have dodge or any other significant dex based skill. They are not built around spellcasting.

I understand that we dont have enough PK data to make any educated conclusions. But in exping/high end group pve, elves look really bad compared to minotaurs.
There are also fighter specs and they make things even more complicated: for example elvens cannot effectively use swords because riposte will not proc often (dodge checks before parry)
