Wolverine hits should not be blocked, it is hilarously weak, just compare with flog.

A few hits -> a few hits,
blockable -> not blockable,
once per 2 or 3 rounds -> every round,
has no extra effects -> chance for lashes, eyejabs or disarms,
high level wayfollow only ability -> high level spec only ability
