1. Call deva should be buffed. Long cool down and we and weak damage. Almost worthless. I saw lower cool down and or raise damage or maybe heal or cast something on cleric.
2.  If you strangle someone shouldn't thier throat hurt maybe a tiger claw type of effect..

I have never strangled someone but a broken windpipe sounds feasible
