It requires a target, but i was able to sing it without target. And then i got the song on cooldown.
You can also sing it on yourself or groupmate without any effect, but you still get the CD.

The mirror mob does bashes in combat (should not?)

Overall the class is somewhat playable. Need to raise some numbers (healing song, damaging songs. Remove CD on wailing song)
