Flog and shield cleave skills don't work from off-hand with Weaponmastery.

I am thinking that Weaponmaster is basically like giving you the ability to be ambidextrous. Seems like those should work TBH.

As far as i remember eyejab doesn't work from offhand without weaponmastery, that's why i mentioned this manual. I think flog and shield cleave should work from offhand even without it too.
