Being immune to bashing you get stun from shield bash.

It also doesn't check enlarge.

Skill has damage and effect. From one, you are immune. From the second, you are not.

Most other skills (bleed, boneshatter, bash, crush, etc) do not have any effect if you are immune to its damage (or the damage was blocked by displacement for example)
