Your fingers flare with brilliant blue light as you empower your magic!

bad description i guess
this should not show with only first empower spell (0-1 lvl) , should be bright blue

this message for effect of empower spell includes cumulative effects of other things like moonphase, forest (druid), and other things affecting spellpower and it should only describe feat affect

keep getting blinding white with only first empower spell feat
