An elven ambassador with a tail?

Either this elven ambassador is actually a draconian in disguise, or something doesn’t add up.

Location: HTC behind closed doors.

One of the forest warriors from Qualinesti gazes at you. He wields a steel
blade, and his body is covered with tough armor plates. As a true elf he
possesses sharp pointy ears. He has come to the High Clerist with grave
news and is now patiently awaiting audience here.
An elven ambassador is in perfect condition.

either alteration mage or he cut tail from brightblaze and use it as a weapon
or maybe some code pasted from brightblaze and didnt remove all (left some tails behind)

It has to be autocast tail from Brightblaze....something like that

I've had a few things attack me with a tail, seems that an Acid Blast are default hard hitting abilities they scattered about. That's just from what I've seen.
