It used to be:
You are immune to poison (100%)
You are immune to diseases (100%)
Now:
You are highly resistant against poison (32%)
You are resistant against diseases (22%)


A dark-elven antipaladin seems to sink into trance and mutters, 'Shanto esahei cilth.'
You scream in agony as plague sores erupt from your skin.

BTW the description also has not changed.

You wear a cloak of the Underworld about your body.
You feel immune to poisons and disease.
You can already see in the dark.
